Dr. John B. Tedeschi became a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics in 1997. He earned a bachelor's of arts degree in psychobiology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1989, and received his medical degree in 1993 from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1997 he completed his pediatric residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. The son of Dr. John M. Tedeschi, a co-founder of South Jersey Pediatrics (now Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics), Dr. John B. Tedeschi joined the practice in 1997 and currently manages four Advocare practices in southern New Jersey. He has special interests in asthma, allergy, ADD/ADHD and special needs children, and has often been recognized with "Top Doc" awards from SJ Magazine, South Jersey Magazine, and New Jersey Magazine.

In 1998 Dr. Tedeschi became a founding member of Children's Health Associates, LLC, now known as Advocare, LLC, one of the nation's premiere private healthcare providers; and he continues to serve as a member of Advocare's executive board. Dr. Tedeschi has also been involved with Continuum Health Alliance, LLC since its inception in 1998. Serving Continuum as vice president of Hospital Programs, he is primarily responsible for managing the company's intensive care programs and working closely with the chairman and executive board for ongoing operational excellence. As vice chair on the board of the March of Dimes South Jersey Division, Dr Tedeschi has chaired the annual golf outing for the past five years. He resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife and daughter. Together they enjoy golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, and bass fishing.
